Making an appointment

To book an appointment with a Clinician please telephone the surgery on 01268 663 140. Phone lines are open from 8 am. Our telephone lines are extremely busy due to the increase volume of calls we are currently receiving so please be patient.

Telephone Triage

We offer telephone triage appointments to establish if you need to come into the surgery or if your medical issue, requests and questions can be resolved over the telephone.

All GP appointments must be triaged via a telephone call with the GP first.

  • Consultations are by appointment and can be made to see either our doctors or nurse via online, telephone or in person
  • Please make one appointment for each member of the family who needs to be seen.
  • We try to keep to time but please be patient if someone before you takes longer than planned.
  • It is Practice Policy to allow patients to choose whichever Doctor they wish to attend in the Practice. However, this may delay the appointment.

Patients also must play their part in the provision of our services. This includes keeping appointments, or if no longer needed, letting us know to allow these to be used for others in need.

We aim to offer an appointment with a doctor within 48hours of booking and a nurse/nurse practitioner within 24hours of booking however, this may not always be possible.

We have a variety of different appointments available including: pre-booked appointments and appointments which are released on the day. Telephone appointments are also available with a health care professional - these need to be booked through our reception staff.

(Urgent appointments are not for Repeat Prescriptions, Fitness for work certificates or for signing forms).

For further information on appointments, self-care and minor ailments take a look at our Appointment Information here

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this at the time of booking or speak to your GP.
