When We Are Closed

Call 999 for life-threatening emergencies only such as:  

  • Major accident or trauma
  • Severe bleeding
  • Persistent/severe chest pain
  • Suspected stroke
  • Severe breathlessness
  • Loss of consciousness


Call NHS 111 when you need medical help fast but it is not a life-threatening emergency. NHS 111 is available 24/7, every day of the year and is free from all landlines and mobiles.

Accessing NHS 111 services

Telephone 111 between 6:30pm and 8am and all day at weekends and bank holidays. They can provide urgent medical help or advice at any time. If needed, NHS 111 online can direct you to an urgent treatment centre/walk in centre, emergency dental service, GP, pharmacy or another more appropriate local service. 

Please note: during normal practice opening hours, the practice remains your first point of contact.
